In Super Bowl IV, the cost of one 30-second commercial was $78,000. Ads were going for about $1 million per 30 seconds by Super Bowl XXIX. Now it's close to $5 million. Budweiser can always be counted on to make a good one. It's interesting (more than the game itself, to me, anyway) to see who else comes out with a really good commercial.
At the time of Super Bowl XV, the Oakland Raiders were suing the NFL over a proposed move to Los Angeles.
Why?
And for Super Bowl XLIX, two words - Left Shark.
