I Like You, But I Don't Like You Like You

A Utah apartment complex is trying to coerce renters into giving them positive feedback by way of Facebook likes.
Some tenants at a Salt Lake City apartment complex are fuming over a new lease agreement that requires tenants to “like” the complex on Facebook.
The contract requires tenants to friend the City Park Apartments on Facebook within five days, or be found in breach of the rental agreement, though some of the tenants already signed a lease agreement months ago.
You can't "friend" a business, you can only connect with it by clicking "Like" on its page.

This is their regular website. They must be feeling the blow back because their Facebook page says "content isn't available right now" but here's a screenshot of some of the cached page.
